At Pedra Moura y Castañu, in Boal, you can enjoy outdoor common areas, such as a garden, an outdoor terrace, and a public playground right in front of the house. The property features a traditional Asturian outdoor space known as a “cabazo,” with an open roof—perfect for dining at sunset, as the mountain air provides a refreshing breeze while the sun-warmed stone walls maintain a pleasant temperature.

This rural estate was built in 1890 using black Asturian stone and a chestnut wood frame. The restoration preserved the original handcrafted chestnut doors in every room. The 85-cm-thick walls provide complete silence and excellent insulation from the summer heat, while the surprisingly large windows and modern ceiling heights create a spacious atmosphere.

There are two shared parking spaces available on the property, accessible via a motorized gate, as well as additional street parking. Events are not permitted on the property. Gas central heating and automatic entry are provided. Housekeeping services are available during your stay for an additional fee.

The property has been fully modernized and now features excellent Wi-Fi coverage, a smart TV, a smart projector, new beds, and a brand-new kitchen.
