The unit did appear to be clean however it is extremely outdated and there is a very odd odor attto be covered up by a plug-in. The view from the deck is amazing.

Guy at the pool would only give our family of four one towel so that was annoying. the pans in our unit were also small for a three bedroom unit. the place was clean and comfy. the views were amazing. beds great and a washer dryer if needed. would stay again.

Almost everything is fine, but the smell of humidity is strong and the worst thing is the bed in the main room, it is full, it is small for a couple, and the mattress is very used and soft, it is not comfortable.

When we arrived and tried to check in, we were told I had already checked in, signed papers and gotten the key. Clearly I had not. The security guard was nice but seemed very uncomfortable- she handed me the phone and told me her supervisor wanted to speak with me. The supervisor told me someone must’ve stolen my identity, checked in and took my villa. I explained that I’d had a very bad trip up and really needed to relax and check in. She got very rude and told me it wasn’t anything to do with her and wasn’t her fault. Basically she was a jerk and I’m highly irritated.

Liked the area. Overall clean but property has a musty, moldy odor that wouldn't go away. Had to purchase lysol and had to constantly spray to try to clear the smell. Clothes and belongings retained the musty odor even after returning home. Need to have a clearer description and directions that explain recreation center and pools are miles away and hard to find. Water pressure is extremely low and made taking a shower difficult.

We love that it was pet friendly. We also love this home as it was nice and clean and very private. Everything was comfortable and it was like being at home away from home. The roads were a little narrow and steep for us, but after a few tries, we were OK with it.

The amenities were great, and the property was beautiful, but I would recommend renting from private owners within the property due to some problems I had with the resort renters. The resort changed our listing and after we paid a higher price to get a river view room, we were given a Mountain View. When we asked the resort to help us straighten things out they refused to make it right.

So Peaceful and Relaxing!

We were only planning to stay one night on a business trip, but the Villa was so nice and relaxing that I booked two more nights for my wife, her best friend, and me to enjoy.

The property itself is beautiful. The ride up to it is a nightmare. If I had of known what it took to get to this cabin, I definitely would have stayed elsewhere. I had planned to shop while my husband worked, my vehicle never left the small one space till the day we both left. I rode with him everywhere because of the confusing and twisting roads up to cabin. He was offered no help when he came in at night either by the lady in the “welcome” shack. I don’t think she knew either, she just handed him back the paper and said “it’s on there”. Had one nice man named Randy let my husband park his cargo trailer down the hill and he was always helpful. Found an old washcloth in cabin left behind and the door kept locking us out so we found if you had a credit card you could use it to open it back up. That sure isn’t safe. No deadbolts on either door. River is close by if you like that to float down or fish. The deck was nice but your neighbors to the left and right can see you from theirs. I’ve never understood why you pay to have it cleaned behind you but you have to clean it pretty much yourself before you leave. This is the kind of review I wished I would have seen before I booked this cabin.
