**Please note?-Use Caution driving on the narrow road (oncoming vehicles) in the subdivision-- be prepared to back up. Some portions of the road are paved and some are gravel. Front wheel drive vehicles could have problems for someone who isn't adapted to mountain roads. May need 4WD/AWD. Two small cars can fit in driveway but no more than one SUV, truck, or large vehicle.**
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
