Rules & Wildlife

- Pets Welcome – Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed (pet fee required $150 per pet per stay, guest responsible for damage cause by pets)
- No Smoking or Vaping – Strictly prohibited ($500 fine if violated)
- No parties ($500 fine if violated and guest will be responsible for all damages)
- No glass in or around the hot tub. If there is any evidence of neglect of the hot tub, i.e. broken glass, bottle caps, trash or debris in hot tup, soap/lotion or other contaminates - there may be an additional charge up to $250 to properly clean and sanitize the hot tub for other guests.
- Quiet Hours – 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Wildlife – Regular deer sightings! For your safety, please enjoy from a distance and do not feed or approach wildlife
