-Guest Access Parking-
Guests have access to the entire home. The circular drive can accommodate approximately four vehicles. The drive up to the cabin is a rough, dirt mountain road and is not recommended for low-profile vehicles. Standard vehicles handle the road well under normal weather conditions.
-Other Things to Note-
*The hot tub is cleaned after each guest to ensure it s in pristine condition. Please be aware the water may not be fully heated upon arrival. Adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan to use it early in your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees.
*Your reservation includes a per-booking damage waiver fee (including taxes). The waiver covers accidental damage to the home or its contents up to $1,500, excluding smoking- and pet-related damage. Damage must be reported before checkout to qualify.
House Rules
☞︎No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A $500 fee applies for smoking indoors.
☞︎Primary guest must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay.
☞︎No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10pm 8am.
☞︎Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Off-site visitors require approval and a $100 fee per person.
☞︎No pets allowed.
☞︎Cancellation policy applies under all circumstances; travel insurance is strongly recommended.
☞︎Hot tub use is at your own risk. Do not exceed 104 degrees.
☞︎All trash must be bagged and tied before placing in outdoor cans.
☞︎Fireplaces cannot be used between April 1 and September 30. A $250 fee applies for violation. Never leave a fire unattended.
☞︎Reservations over 29 days are not allowed.
☞︎Weekly hot tub service is required for stays longer than 7 days, a $75 fee applies per additional service.
