THE SPACE
2,646 square feet over two levels plus a game room above the garage. The main level is open, with vaulted ceilings, a gas stone fireplace and a TV in the living room. Kitchen with a full size refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, island and pantry, plus a Keurig, drip coffee maker, air fryer, blender, crock pot and waffle maker. TVs in every room, blackout shades in most, luggage racks in every closet, laundry on the upper level. Fubo is set up for live TV.

SLEEPING LAYOUT
Four bedrooms, five beds, sleeps 10.
- Bedroom 1, main level: King bed
- Bedroom 2, main level: Queen bed, Olympic size
- Bedroom 3, lower level: King bed
- Bedroom 4, lower level: Bunk room, queen over queen, with a fireplace

Three full bathrooms with stone finishes and walk in showers. There is a soaking tub as well.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have the whole cabin and grounds. The garage and the owner storage closets are not part of the rental. You will receive a customized door code that works only for you and only for your reservation dates.

PETS
Dogs are generally allowed. Dogs only, no cats. Please add your pet to the reservation before you arrive and let us know you are bringing one. Pet fee is $150.

HOUSE RULES
Maximum 10 guests
- No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or out
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Primary guest must be 21 and present for the entire stay
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
- Please do not move furniture between rooms or levels

- Children should be supervised at all times throughout the property, including the hot tub, the decks, the stairs, and both outdoor fireplaces
- Use the outdoor wood burning fireplaces responsibly, keep them attended, and make sure they are fully out before going inside
