Quiet place. Very modern, beautiful rooms with large balconies. Excellent complimentary continental breakfast. Great restaurant for dinner but they seem a bit touchy about having a reservation vs. just walking in. Nice bar. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere in town. Short drive to Blowing Rock center and nature hikes.

As my wife and I were sitting in the amazing swivel rocking chairs in the spacious room porch, we were commenting on how clean, inside and outside, this hotel is. The bathroom was spotless, as was the room and the porch. The bed linens looked brand new and were very comfortable, and even the white fabric covered chair was spotless. This is our 4th or 5th stay at the Embers Hotel, and every time has been absolutely great. I highly recommend the Embers for anyone planning a trip to the Blowing Rock area.

The hotel is in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Plenty of space in the room with a nice balcony. Restaurant and bar was great, everything we ordered was perfect. While breakfast is free the options are limited and refilling the products didnt happen often. Other than that our hotel stay was amazing, staff was super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
