Treasured Times at the Lake. This home was built by Ross Allen Custom Builders in 2023. Yes, Ross Allen is my sweet hubby. :) Ross Allen Custom Builders is very active in Blowing Rock, but also in the Charlotte area where we live. We are a family business and our two sons now work for the company bringing us new amazing talent. This home is one we use and treasure but also like to share as well. We love this neighborhood because it's so scenic and also flat which is perfect for walking or biking. In the winter months, our home is much more accessible than many other properties because there are no steep access roads. For the skiing crowd, this home is a 15-30 minute drive to 3 of the popular area ski resorts.
This property will be the 5th time we've listed a home on VRBO. Over the years, we have sold them and currently now just have two listings. We are a preferred partner with 5-star reviews and many repeat guests.
