NEW CONSTRUCTION A-frame cabin sleeps 4 and features 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, a fully stocked kitchenette, 2 smart TVs, and a fire pit with ambient lighting. Enjoy a cozy, modern-rustic escape—perfect for relaxing or exploring all the Catskills have to offer.

This cabin is brand new and was spotlessly clean. Its quiet location in the middle of the Catskills was lovely, but not far from food options. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the back of the house. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a getaway.

Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great!

I can't say enough about this beautiful, charming little cabin. It was easy to find, secluded but not too remote, clean, spanking new, well equipped, lovely in every way. Super comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and shower pressure. I did not have a chance to make use of the amazing backyard area with its welcoming chairs and fire pit, but if I am ever back this way I will book again. The host was a great communicator and responded to all my concerns (which were questions before I arrived. Once I got there I had no concerns at all!) Run, don't walk, to book this truly exceptional little space.

My partner and I had such a lovely time singing karaoke as loud as ever, making s’mores, playing board games provided by our host. We had the coziest time! We were welcomed by a delicious bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary, we felt so special!! It was a pleasure being hosted by Kim! Would definitely come back again! - and SOON
