Staff, room, amenities are great. Breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I've had. My only complaint is the elevators need repair. Walking from one end to the other only to walk all the way back across is difficult for sometime like myself that is disabled.

Loud maintenance noise coming from our window all night. Called front desk, lady acted like it was our fault and we shouldn’t bother her with hotel issues since she works there and all. Told the front desk the next morning and the kid was clueless on what to do. The “maintenance guy” sat down in the sauna and the pool bathroom watching Facebook videos for over 3hrs this morning.
