Stadium Stroll is the perfect getaway for a large group. Just a quick 15 minute walk to IU sports arenas-skip the traffic!

This stylish, mid-century limestone duplex has 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 2 full baths. "Main Level" ground floor sleeps 8. "Garden Level" downstairs sleeps 6. Wide driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Each level has its own private entry, kitchen, and outdoor seating. Have your own space and privacy too!

Upstairs bath has grab bar available upon request. Upstairs dining rooms seats 6, but is expandable with 2 leaf inserts (available upon request) and 2 extra chairs in the front closet.

Pack and play and high chair available upon request.

Quiet, well-mannered dogs considered with prior consent.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

The property was exactly as described and online photos. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality appliances, pots & pans, coffee maker, etc.Beds are comfy and house is very clean.Cynthia was a terrific communicator! Will be back, ty ty!
