Stadium Stroll is the perfect getaway for a large group. Just a quick 15 minute walk to IU sports arenas--skip the hassle of parking and traffic!

This stylish, mid-century limestone duplex is super clean and comfy. "Garden Level" is the lower floor and sleeps 6. "Main Level" is the ground floor, sleeps 8, and may be booked separately.

Quiet, well-mannered dogs considered with prior consent.

Stadium Stroll Lower Level is the bottom floor of a duplex. The house has its own private entrance at the back of the house and outdoor seating area on a shaded paver patio.

This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a well appointed kitchen. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king size bed and 32" smart TV. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. Linens and pillows are provided. Plus super fast 2GB WiFi!

You may hear guests in the other unit on the floor above, Stadium Stroll Main Level. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. Ear plugs are provided for your convenience.

The paver patio is for Garden Level guests only. The deck above it is for Main Level guests only. The gas grill in the back yard is shared.
