I booked through a third party company and the front desk was not able to locate my registration.John was able to offer me a room last minute and got me signed up for the Honors program. He was very patient and knowledgeable which is helpful whenever you run into an issue. I was booked and in my room in under 5 minutes, thanks to John. I'll be back!
