Close to everything! Our 2 BR half of a duplex is 5 minutes away from Karst Farm Park and Monroe County Airport, 10 minutes from IU Stadium, less than 15 minutes to the new IU health hospital, less than 20 minutes to McCormick's Creek State Park, and less than 30 minutes to Lake Monroe! Minutes to shopping or restaurants and a quick car ride to I-69 or downtown Bloomington.

Has a fully fenced in back yard and a deck with table and chairs.

This home is spacious despite its small footprint and will easily sleep 6. Both bedrooms have queen beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is fully functional with drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware available to use during your stay. Dine al fresco on the back patio off of the eating nook.

There is space to park 2 cars in the parking area.

To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape free environment.

I wanted to be as honest as I could for other guests who maybe looking. Upon driving up to the house our first impression wasn't good. The outside was extremely dirty and the front door had what appeared to be black mold and was filthy. We went inside and found it clean so decided to stay. There are several cosmetic issues inside the house, I.e paint chipping, holes in the walls, missing paint, etc but nothing that affected the cleanliness of the house. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good. We didn't cook at all but the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked and they provided coffee which was nice. I did notify the owner of the outside appearance of the house and he stated he would look into someone coming out to clean it up.
