The person that checked in was excellent. This review shouldn't reflect on her in any way. However, the pool being insanely cold (the room was 50-60 degrees and the thermostat in the pool room was broken.) The water was even colder. There should be something on the website showing the pool was out of order (and the hot tub is gone.) We would have gladly chosen another hotel that could accommodate our desires. This was the biggest reason we chose this hotel and were insanely disappointed.

I booked at the last minute, just an overnight, so I was grateful they had a room (303) available. The room was clean, but there was no hot water. I didn’t discover this until the next morning when I tried to shower. I wanted to tell the front desk when I checked out, but there wasn’t anybody there and we were in a hurry to go. I would stay there again, but I’d check the water temperature upon arrival.

First of all the first room we were in attempted to take a hot shower and had no hot water in the bathroom. At all, we brought it to the staff's attention. And they acted like we were in the wrong by wanting to be put in a room with hot water and got an attitude with us. The second room we were put in refrigerator didn't work. And they refused to fix that situation, and again proceeded to be rude and unhelpful, I will never stay there again.
