Recently spent a night at this property and very pleased with everything from location and cleanliness. Close to everything, spacious room, microwave, and fridge. Bed were comfortable too! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The Hendrickson house is in a great location in town. The apartment was clean and spacious. In addition the staff at 1661 were wonderful and having access to their facility was perfect!

We stayed in unit 4, and it was quiet, and very clean. The walls and ceiling could use a coat of paint, but the staff keeps it clean. The amenities associated with the 1661 Inn and Farm were terrific.

I stayed at both the Hendrickson House and at the 1661 Inn. The Hendrickson is much more convenient to downtown bars and restaurants but the 1661 is more renovated and upscale.

We thought the room was very cute and conveniently located. If we were people who like to sleep in late then the mopeds outside the room in the morning would have been a problem but we had no issue with them. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

If you stay here, you are literally at the center of downtown. Clean rooms, friendly staff. You need to check in at 1661 down the road and they will store your bags on arrival/departure day. This is my second time staying here and I would again in the opportunity presented itself. You can’t go wrong at Hendrickson house!

I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience.

Convient location

The location of this place was great, right near the ferry and room was spacious. The only downside is that check in was in a different location on Spring Street which is an 8 min walking from this hotel. Therebwas no notice in the lobby which should of disclosed this information. My husband is handicap and it was able to walk there. In addition in the evening our neighboring hotel guest came in at 1 AM and we could hear everything because walls were thin. Otherwise it was a great stay.
