Cute, boutique hotel in a great location. 10 min walk from the ferry to arrive/depart on the island, and a solid restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with great views. As a hotel guest, you get free coffee each morning (that actually tastes good) which is a nice perk. As you can tell from the pictures, the rooms are very very small and no frills. Worth staying here!

Really nice hotel. Had an ocean view room that was a little smaller than expected, but luckily we spent most of the time exploring. We will gladly book the balcony room next time! Lovely staff, great restaurant on premise, and there is a 2 bars you can order from near the outdoor lounge area.

We had a great stay at the Block Island Beach house. Loved sitting on the front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and sitting on the beach with complementary beach chairs and umbrellas. Although the room was small, it was super quaint, and the bathroom was immaculate. We also enjoyed the oceanview. We will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the pet-friendly private gables suite we booked. The suite was easy to access and quaint, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach was also easily reachable, making it a convenient location. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
