High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also included.<br>✨ Every window offers a stunning lake view, and the panoramic balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.<br>🚶‍♀️ Located in a pedestrian-only area of one of the most picturesque villages on the lake, the apartment offers total peace and quiet, just a 5-minute drive from Como (or 10 minutes by bus).<br>🌿 Whether you want to explore the lake’s historic villas, go hiking in the surrounding hills, or simply relax with an unforgettable view, this is the perfect base for your vacation.<br><br>🚶‍♂️ Guest access<br>. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The entrance is located within the village’s pedestrian zone. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the short walk from the parking areas.<br><br>🗺️ Other things to note<br>• Check-in will be done in person whenever possible<br>• Getting around: Having a car is recommended to explore Lake Como and its surroundings at your own pace. However, parking in lakeside villages—including Blevio—can be limited, especially during peak season.<br>But that’s a small price to pay for the peace, quiet, and authentic charm of staying in a quiet lakeside village.<br>• Parking options are available within a 5–10-minute walk; the host will provide full details after booking<br>• Accessible via bus lines C30, C31, and C32, with a short 10-minute walk from the stop<br>• A tourist tax of €2 per person is due at check-in (as required by local regulations—not included in the rental price)<br>• Climate control: To ensure maximum comfort and energy efficiency, air conditioning and heating are managed directly by the host. The apartment will always be set to a pleasant temperature upon your arrival, based on the season. During your stay, the host may adjust the temperature settings to maintain a comfortable and energy-efficient indoor temperature.<br>• Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (due to the pedestrian area and stairs)<br>• No pets allowed
