Had a lake view room, it was amazing and definitely worth paying the extra. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Lovely deck with sunbeds, the boat was free to hire for hotel guests (1hr) sufficient time to row to the island and back. Car parking was free as we stayed for over 5 nights. A wonderful stay in a stunning location!

Most beautiful view from the room, the staff was really helpful and always willing to make you feel at home. Unfortunately I didn’t give a perfect score because the rooms and reception were dated. Apart from that, and excellent options to stay in Bled.

The hotel is right on the shores of Lake Bled and is full of old world charm. The welcome glass of bubbly in the lobby lounge whilst gazing at stunning Lake Bled was a highlight as was the extensive breakfast. The thermal pools and sauna are fabulous and I highly recommend it. The staff was so welcoming and absolutely wonderful and this is an absolute wonderful base to experience magical Lake Bled

This was such an amazing hotel. The staff was phenomenal, and the location and room were great! It is a little dated, but not in a bad way. They are due for renovations, and I can't wait to see it after completion. We would stay here again for sure, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Bled.

I am not typically a fan of antiques and classic hotels but I liked this one. Sitting in the classic decor and looking out over the lake was a nice. We only had breakfast but the food prep and presentation were great. There seems to be a focus on dinning I thought from the food and the staff.

Very nice staff, great view at the lake and Castle. This is truly high class, Breakfast is amazing. Walking distance to the city center. By the way, several presidents and kings have been here before, you get to see their pictures in lobby!!

Breakfast was wonderful with so many choices and a menu to order other fresh items. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Anja, giving us a Lake front room to make up for the construction going on. The atmosphere was special and made you feel as though you had gone back in time. We loved it.

This is a classic and a beautiful property ! The staff was very attentive to alll of our needs during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Wonderful pastries breads juices meats cheeses and a menu to order also included. The property has a spa w a pool and saunas we enjoyed relaxing at each afternoon. Location is stellar. Concierge maja was very helpful with events and reservations and more ! Definitely will be back again after the remodel!

This hotel is straight out of a magazine. The location on the lake was just perfect. Our view from the room was out of this world. We loved being able to easily walk to restaurants and town. They offered complimentary boat rentals to the island. This was also a highlight. We loved the history, location and the views. Everything was perfect. I would love to go back.

this hotel was in a fantastic spot - we had a view of the castle and island. Our balcony was amazing and it was close to everything. Their breakfast had everything you needed or wanted. the Beds were probably the most comfortable beds we had this whole trip. The only thing i would say is the hotel is a little tired. We had one of the bigger suites and the furniture was old and worn and the rug was as well. if these were updated, this is hands down one of the best hotels in the area!

There's no question the location is absolutely stunning on the shores of lake bled. Directly looking across at the castle. Absolutely amazing views. The property itself is very old. The buffet side of the breakfast has plenty of fruit and pastries. They imply like you could order something except for all of the wait staff completely avoids you. The interactions at the restaurant were the same you see people there so you know they're not doing anything but almost impossible to flag anybody down or get them to come to the table

The hotel has a killer location that completely changes everything about the stay in Bled. Front desk and the pool team is very nice and helpful. The pool and the beach are outstanding. However, the hotel is very dated and the rooms are falling apart. The hardwood floor is lose and windows panels are cracked. It’s used to be charming but now it just very old. The breakfast service was disappointing, our omelette was discussing but the rest of the breakfast was good and had a lot of verity. Overall, we were very happy with the stay because of the location and the beach. However it’s time to renovate the hotel.
