Great cottage located in Úthlíð on the famous Golden Circle.

The cottage features two bedrooms and a sleeping loft, offering comfortable facilities for 6 people with two twin beds and two single beds, Additional mattresses can be provided, making it possible to accommodate 8–10 guests.

A spacious terrace surrounds the house, with a hot tub for relaxation. Included free WIFI.

Cottage is set in a quiet area, offering total privacy and a perfect getaway.

The house is quite spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking.

Outdoor is a hot tub for 5 to 6 people on big terrace . Outdoor furniture and a gas grill for our guests.

Great restaurant is in walking distant from the house, There you can order food, and pick it up. The restaurant offers Pizza, hamburgers and our traditional lamp steak.

There is a nice 9-hole golf course in the area that guests can use for a small fee, and golf clubs are in the house, for you guys :) .

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
While the house appeared to be used by owner, it is unfinished, with the access road not done and some exposed wires indoors (among other items). Additionally, the "bedroom" located in the ceiling (under the roof) has no direct heat, and could not be used during our stay (as it was too cold). The price was clearly above the quality of this location.
