The apartment features a spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system, and access to a private balcony. A large kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer makes meal preparation easy. Two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower ensure comfort. Central heating, a terrace, a shared garden, and amenities such as a washing machine, barbecue, trampoline, sandbox, and party games make it ideal for families with children.

Important notes: Bed linen including towels costs €15 per person/stay and is payable on site. Use of the pool in the garden is only possible by prior arrangement and at an additional cost. A wallbox for electric cars with a Type 2 connector is available in the guest parking area. Billing is based on consumption and prior arrangement.

The holiday apartment is accessed via a somewhat steep staircase. The upper floor of the staircase is equipped with a child safety gate.
