LOCATION:

- Situated 400 meters from the magnificent S'Abanell beach and about a 15-minute walk from the lively town center. They are located in 'Los Pinos,' one of Blanes' most vibrant areas, just 100 meters from supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightclubs. The apartments feature simple, functional décor but are fully equipped for a holiday on the Costa Brava.

- Excellent transport links to major nearby cities: Platja d'Aro and Girona are both a 45-minute drive away, while Barcelona is a one-hour train ride away.

LAYOUT:

- Apartment complex. Capacity: 2–4 people. Features include a living-dining area with a double sofa bed or two convertible bench beds, one double bedroom, an open-plan kitchen (breakfast bar style), a bathroom, and a furnished terrace.

- Air conditioning will be available starting January 2027 for an optional surcharge of €10 (payable at reception); Wi-Fi is not available.

Résidence LOTUS 2

Résidence bien située à proximité des commerces et de la sortie de la ville et à proximité de la plage. Bien entretenue. Dommage en plein travaux de rénovation (donc bruyante). Notre appartement sans volets roulants occultants (contrairement à certains autres) et le plus dommageable au dessus d'un bar donc très bruyant en fin de soirée et surtout le week end. Petit conseil, demandez à choisir l'appartement que vous réservez

Assez bien

L'appartement était propre mais impossible de dormir la nuit a causes des innombrables bruit dans la rue. Obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes parce qu'il n'y pas de climatisation. Ce qui est sur c'est que je ne reviendrai jamais dans cette residence. Au vue du prix, je m'attendais à mieux. Bref je ne conseille pas.
