Downstairs in the office will have a Murphy bed, full/Queen size. The master bedroom down stairs will have a king bed.
One upstairs room will have a queen bed, the other upstairs room will have a twin bunk bed with a trundle and a full size bed.

There is a small room connected to that second bedroom that will have a twin trundle bed.

There is also a queen air mattress and a sectional couch!
