Accommodating up to 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms and located just 1 mile from Blairgowrie's charming town centre, this spacious home offers the perfect blend of premium comfort and historic charm. Gather your loved ones in this idyllic setting and create memories that will last a lifetime.


The Space:

Accommodating up to 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms, Rosebank House is ideal for family gatherings, unforgettable getaways with friends, or even corporate retreats. Unwind in the cosy living room with its crackling wood-burning stove, gather for gourmet meals in the expansive open-plan kitchen-dining space with seating for 12, or enjoy a friendly game night in one of the three dedicated chill-out rooms, featuring a Space Invaders arcade, a pool table, karaoke, and a TV/games room with comfy sofa. A travel cot, baby bath, baby rocker and high chair are available for your convenience.

Five of the bedrooms boast TVs, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax. Choose from four king-size havens, a comfy double room, or a versatile room that can be configured as a super king or twin beds. If work beckons, a dedicated office provides a quiet nook to stay productive.

For culinary enthusiasts, a second kitchen provides additional space to whip up delicious meals.

Step outside and discover the peaceful mature gardens surrounding the house, where you can soak in the fresh Scottish air. We provide one bath towel per person, and one hand towel in each bathroom.

1 well behaved dog is permitted free of charge, please get in touch if you have more than 1 dog and we can hopefully accommodate.

Rosebank was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect location for our month stay. The pictures are wonderful but don’t do the property justice. It is stunning. Location to town and a grocery store was a lovely walk or short drive. There is also a playground a short walk along the river for our kids. The location of the property was perfect for exploring Scotland as a whole as it is centrally located. Couldn’t have been better.Also property management was incredibly helpful and responsive to all questions leading up to our stay and during. They offered recommendations for the area and whenever we had questions about the house/property they responded same day. They were also so thoughtful, as our son is a big football fan and a ball and net were provided, which was incredibly kind. Highly recommend and will be looking to book again.

Perfect large family vacation

A beautiful home.Very spacious. We were a group of 9 adults and we were very comfortable. We never felt that we were on top of each other. The ensuite bathrooms were a huge bonus. Perfectly located. Walking distance to town, or a nice little hike to Cargill's Leap. Also great as a base for day trips to many attractions in SE Scotland. Parking at the house was good. We drove but public transportation was also an option. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Superb property for a family celebration!

ROSEBANK HOUSE

We have just returned from a weekend stay at Rosebank House and it was wonderful. There were 9 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 84 years old to 22 month old. and our family dog.The house is very spacious and so well equipped, soaps, shower gels and toilet rolls in every bathroom, fairy liquid and cleaning sprays in kitchens, kitchen rolls, dish towels and lovely towels, a beautiful welcome pack, I could go on but the list would be endless. Blairgowrie town centre a short walk away and lovely walks down by the river but to be honest I didn't want to leave the house for long. The gardens are beautiful and we spent quite a lot of time in them as the weather was lovely and the kids had a great time playing in them. We were all sorry to be leaving but will definitely be returning again. Louise the host made everything so simple by contact with E mails. Thanks again Louise for our fabulous weekend .
