SUPER thin walls!!!

It’s a good hotel EXCEPT the NOISE! Walls are paper thin. We could hear the text message alert of the neighbors and the Conversation of the other rooms. The people above us either paced in early AM or had a pet. NOISE made it a poor visit and tainted other visits to this hotel brand.

I will never stay at a Home2Suites or use Expedia again. We were booked for 1 night and the hotel charged us for 3 nights. There is an ongoing dispute between Exedia and this hotel with regard to who should pay us the refund and I am caught in the middle and it's taking for ever to refund. Expedia has confirmed I was overcharged but can't seem to clean up the matter. I want my money back. Oh, and this hotel has rude staff.

This was my first stay at Home 2 suites. The room was quite big and felt comfortable. The small pantry and dishwasher were great. The breakfast in the mornings were super homely and the coffee counter in lobby helped a lot during off peak hours to refresh. The staff was very helpful and the area around it was too good for morning walks and runs. Overall location was good and it was truly a homely stay. Well done guys

Easy walking distance to food and some shops. No soap available to shower. Had to use the hand soap. Too late to call when I noticed it. Some of the faucets were loose and the shower head was not great for water pressure.

Too dog friendly

Hotel is nice but they encourage pet owners to bring their dogs. Heard barking at night and had two dogs join us for breakfast. One pooped in the breakfast area. Love dogs but if I wanted them at my hotel I would have gone camping.
