The room and hotel were immaculate, and the staff could not have done more to assist. The entertainment was perfect, and the food was great too. Two of our sons came down with a bad sickness bug when we were here, and the staff went above and beyond to help us out: from changing bed linen several times throughout both nights, to checking up on the boys the following days.

Sitting in reception, as couldn’t get a seat in bar, roof was leaking in several places with numerous buckets in place, ceilings damaged and ingress obviously been going on a while, not what you want when your trying to chill. Room 328. Room was clean and tidy except the sea view was spoilt because of dirty windows. Could do with somewhere to hang your coats instead of back of the chair. Coat hooks near door maybe. Toilet/shower a little small but managed. Entertainment was good and staff helpfull. Would go again.
