We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable. The beds were exceptionally comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean and friendly. As expected.

Very clean. Owner was friendly. Have stayed here before under previous management so knew what to expect with rooms. Average Blackpool B&B, nothing special, small room. Cleanliness is all that really matters. At the moment the new managers are not doing breakfast or bar, that's fine, wetherspoons is just up the rd. The coffees provided in the room were out of date and the bed was too lumpy and soft. Tbe fan in the room.is a bit dodgy. But apart from that, as expected.

Really friendly owner and very helpful! I've never stayed in a B&B before so wasn't exactly sure what to expect, however it did meet the expectations I had. Floorboards are a bit creaky but otherwise really good experience and will definitely be back soon!
