Nothing bad at all to say about this place, from check in where the owner showed me the room and explained how to operate the remote control lighting and tv, also explained how operate front door. Very helpful and extremely grateful of our custom. Room was small but big enough for a night or so, bed/pillows were excellent and very clean, don’t think you need anymore. Would definitely stay at runway on my next visit to Blackpool.

Room was lovely, just right size for me and Coco. Yvonne, the owner of the guest house was very nice, made us feel very welcome, leant me a dog pram so i could take my dog out, was far to hot for her! Very nice lady, Her son Joe nice guy and made the absolute best breakfast! Amazing, even Coco enjoyed a sausage at breakfast time! Was the best by far, thanks guys! don't drive but was only 7-10 mins walk to beach and shops so was very handy for us, had a lovely stay would highly recommed and will definately be visiting again! Thank you so much again Yvonne for a lovely stay.

Yvonne was very friendly and greeted us with a cup of tea each. Yvonne explained everything about the guest house thoroughly. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The breakfasts each morning were amazing.

Stayed for 1 night with my hubby at the Runway, this hotel is a little gem. The location couldn't be any better, near to the shopping areas,the theatres, and the pubs and clubs.This mornings breakfast was one of the nicest ive ever had,the food quality was fab. Yvonne was the lady who greeted us,she was a lovely lady and couldn't do enough for us.The hotel was very clean and smelt lovely when we walked in.We will definitely return 😊💝

Everything you could want and the friendliest host! Beautiful room with a very comfy bed, extremely spacious for Blackpool. The location is so convenient for all the attractions, whilst being quiet at night. Unusually for Blackpool, excellent Wi-Fi and TV reception too. Overall the best place we've stayed in Blackpool and fantastic value, we'll definitely come back.

We had a brilliant two nights. Room was clean and spotless. To be sincere and truthful, maybe a little paint touching up, a bit of wallpaper coming away from wall, but did not spoil our stay. Its not the Hilton, but service was better. Comfortable bed, loads of toiletries, teat, coffee, biscuits, etc. Yvonne & her son made us very very welcome and we will be back.

Well from the minute we walked in we felt like family we was given a good introduction to a safety of the building and everything else which was absolutely fabulous. The room itself was amazing love and ice space an amazing bath would definitely either recommend the lady that runs it is really friendly really outgoing and we will definitely be back 100% fabulous location for the Winter Gardens.

Wonderful bed and breakfast.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay. Yvonne was amazing showed us round. Provided information about the area and places to go. Breakfast is available at an extra cost and is absolutely delicious. Quality ingredients and plentiful. Bed was very comfortable and so quiet at night . Would definitely stay again.
