Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again

Not suitable for disabled as up 3 flights of stairs. Did have decent shower in smallish bathroom, no lock on door. It was an ideal position for access to main Blackpool sites. Area OK although a bit rough outside. I was disappointed with the apartment, not like photos, needs some upgrading. This was the Hunter suite. I say suite, but very little room. 2 single beds, not that comfortable, mattress protectors not clean/fresh, needed washing, bedding OK but towels very poor thin quality. Poor amenities in kitchen area cooker and microwave not very clean, cups dirty and cracked. Blinds twisted and broken no curtains. Very basic bed settee in tiny lounge area. Internet didn't work and as that was needed to use the TV. So no TV service. A bit overpriced for the poor facilities, just in a good accessible area for Blackpool's attractions, and you could park outside for free 6pm until 8am over night. 1 1/2 hours for £3 in morning for quick check out before10am.

Booked for 4 people to share 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed ,apartment only had 1 double bed ,called Sasco only to be told, yes Hotels.com list it with 2 wrongly. Thermostat hanging off the wall ,sofa bed stained, kitchen tap broken as well as blinds broken, had to pay £200.00 damage deposit so you feel on edge about do they know about existing damage, so you have to go around taking pictures of everything broken, Sasco did offer a refund at 7.30pm on a Saturday night in Blackpool to stop somewhere else, but decided to stop and make do with property as you cant really wonder about Blackpool on a Saturday night looking for somewhere to stay.
