The rim was very hot, very small but comfortable enough for one person Unfortunately the room was right next to the seller entrance and an early morning beard delivery meant for an early wake up. So having been woken up early I turned on the shower but only cold water - no hot, even after leaving it running for over 10 minutes so couldn’t have a shower which was disappointing otherwise not the worst day

Room was clean and perfect for my family. Lovely sea view and view of the lights. Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and breakfast was amazing. My kids are very fussy eaters but they all found something they liked.

Staff friendly, Room was ok however there were some huge cobwebs that looked like they’d been there a while, and a thick build up of dust on extraction fan in bathroom. Housekeeping didn’t turn up till very late in the afternoon so room wasn’t done when we’d arrive back after being out. Breakfast was basic but nice

The only thing about our stay that was good was the parking and the young gentle man on reception didn’t get his name, checked into our room and at first glance was awfull but we had to rush out so we left our bags and off we went. When later returned to the room and actually looked at it what a disgrace! I work in a 3* hotel myself to I know that to expect. There was hairs on the sheets, dust on carpet, main door was hanging off had cracks in it, bath had crack in it toilet was disgusting, that’s is just a few of the problems in the room. When speaking to reception the young man apologised and changed our room immediately. Don’t get me wrong the room decor itself was much better after the first room which was like walking into something from the 1980s, but on the other hand the radiator wasn’t working (we did get a heater) and it wasn’t much cleaner the skirting boards had food all splashed on them which was 100% noticeably to any human let alone a cleaner(housekeeper) and again was really dusty. The breakfast staff was so miserable they seemed like they didn’t want to be there and that we was an effort to them, we wanted to feel welcomed which we didn’t as was shoved in the back room near the window where is was freezing, I can only imagine this was because we had our young daughter with us. I could go on and on overall horrendous stay and would definitely not return and recommend!
