Great location and friendly staff

I was pretty satisfied with our stay at the Colonial Hotel, the location was perfect, on the promenade, close to the Pleasure Beach and a tram stop 2 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and let us leave our luggage there on our last day so we could visit a few more attractions. I would definitely reccommend this hotel to others who are looking for somewhere to stay at an affordable price and in a good location without frills. I would stay there again.

Absolutely lovely clean room especially for the price would of paid double for it the staff was absolutely lovely lively enough through the day with great entertainment but don’t go on to late if you have kids turned of around 9am so doesn’t disturb you will be booking again in 2 week when take my 2 young children to pleasure beach which is close to it couldn’t of been better thanks

Very nice hotel

Nice hotel on Blackpool seafront. It is a basic hotel but very clean and has what you need, in line with Premier Inn, Travelodge etc. Plus, the woman on reception was really lovely! (However, do note that although hotels.com claims it has free parking, it does not have a car park. There is parking nearby though but not free.)

Ticked all Blackpool boxes..

So long as you're expecting Blackpool and not Mayfair, this hotel is perfect for a quick night or two. We stayed as a family of four. Lady on reception was lovely, the room was clean and location was perfect. We stayed with a 5 & 7 year old and both already asking to come back. Couldn't fault it for the basics, would definitely return when coming back to Blackpool.

Decent for what you pay small rooms and dated though and took about 45 mins to check out arrived on matchday no parking available at hotel had to pay £20 to park about a mile away everywhere was full Location is great though views are excellent
