Room was lovely, had everything we needed and was a great size. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Parking on site was also a bonus. Great location for access to transport and Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant for us as we attended a concert at Lytham so the train station was less than a minutes walk. The hotel is looking a little tired and rundown, however, it was clean and everything worked. Thanks also for the complimentary breakfast.

It is a good hotel. Definitely a budget friendly hotel. Albeit wasn’t very budget friendly for me personally and so set my expectations quite high to which it didn’t live up to. I paid £71 for the night including breakfast. In terms of value for money would I stay again? For £71 for the night off peak season probably not. I’d say it’s more so worth up to £60 and that’s in peak season perhaps and that’s ultimately the only thing that let me down.

I would not recommend staying here. This review is based solely on my personal experience. The property felt unclean and poorly maintained throughout. Everything looked like it had seen better days. The shower only had cold water, and the shower head wouldn't stay upright. There was dust and what appeared to be human debris on multiple surfaces, and the floors were in a particularly poor condition. Overall, the accommodation did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness or maintenance, and I was very disappointed with my stay.

Great for a family budget

Lovely spacious family room with couch and t.v area, also had a dining table, Manager was very friendly and was kind tou our super active autistic son. Would definately stay here again
