Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Continental breakfast was lovely. Close to Katoomba and mountain views. Loved the common little kitchen where you could grab some fruit, coffee and cookies. Service was excellent.

Our only feedback is the bathroom needs an exhaust fan to stop condensation from the shower. The water temp in the shower a little tricky to regulate. Otherwise beautiful stay at the Kyah Hotel!
