Very poor with regards the staffing levels. Two, very young females looking after reception, the bar and serving food. This led to long delays The food i ordered took ages despite the ladies saying its next to come out. When i got it (a simple Pepperoni Pizza) it was under cooked and the base was very doughy and wet. Definately not staying there again

After call to the hotel I was told the room was in the middle of hotel near the lift, this was in correct after checkin. Also the sink press down plug was faulty and could not be fixed at night send could not be sorted next morning. We were offered a gesture of good and i am awaiting . The toast machine worked ok. Rooms showing some wear, handle fell off drawer, shower was slow to drain and leaked onto the floor of bathroom. Staff were great from what we saw. Breakfast was mayhem, not enough staff or forks. Very busy and slow to replenish stocks.
