Rooms need a good.lick of paint Bathrooms are broken and old...taps hanging off, rusty shower curtains, cracked sink units and ceilings Broken window latches Fire alarm went off at 2am....took 40 mins for a member of staff to arrive Didnt have breakfast as we learnt our lesson last time . Only stayed here as its opposite Ewood park.

This was an ideal place to stay, stayed a couple of nights with no complaints at all. The lady on reception was very nice and the rest of the staff were all kind and polite and happy to help with anything. I enjoyed my couple of nights here and would highly recommend staying here.
