Welcome to The Fern! Our recently renovated 1900's farmhouse. Five bedroom 5.5 bath on 30 acres alongside the Broad River. We are located between Black Mountain and Chimney Rock. Only 35 minutes from Asheville. We are just off highway 9, tucked away in a private setting surrounded by the beautiful NC mountains. We are a family owned small farm right on the river with wild flowers, gardens, donkeys, chickens, trails, yard games, firepits and of course...a hot tub! Each bedroom is uniquely designed with it's own personal full size bathroom. The house is quirky, fun and comfortable. Full of history, local art and charm. There are gathering spaces both upstairs and down as well as a full deck ready for entertaining. Fully stocked kitchen (heart of the home) with double refrigerators, bar and dining area. We have 2 stackable washer and dryers, covered carport and commercial ice machine for you convenience. Perfect for any family mountain getaway or small event!
