Important to Note: Hydrangea Hideaway allows one dog, up to 50 lbs., with an additional $100 nonrefundable pet fee. This home is available to rent monthly with an additional cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit (added on after booking). Included in the monthly rental rate is a $400 monthly power allowance and a $100 monthly water allowance. Any overages are to be reimbursed by the tenant. The homeowner keeps a car parked at the side of the fence.
