The WIFI at this home is satellite-based and limited; it is not suitable for streaming or gaming. Cell service is not guaranteed. The driveway is not suitable for trailers or campers. During the colder winter months, icy and/or snowy road conditions and delayed snowplow operations are possible within the development. From December through March, please come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles.
