Awesome home in Bjärnum with WiFi

This quaint, former train station house sits on a beautiful, green lot with a hot tub.



On the upper floor / attic is a room with 2 beds, which can be used in summer instead of the sofa bed. For total relaxation in a stylish ambience, there is a wood-fired hot tub for 8 people, which can be rented on site from the owner - firewood can be purchased in the area.



The house has an ideal location for activities in the area: it is only 1 km to the beach with jetty and barbecue area at Sparrsjön, which is known for its warm water. In the area there are many larger and smaller lakes for swimming or fishing, Lursjön (known for clean water), Finnjasjön, Vittsjön, Tydingesjön (with good swimming conditions), Möllerödssjön, Jeppasjön and Bjärklången-Dalsjön. Some of the lakes are interconnected and allow long canoe trips.



The area around the cottage also offers beautiful walks and bike trails, it is recommended to take a nice 20 km round Finjasjön or the hiking trails in the nature reserve Vedema. Nice excursion destinations are Tykarpsgrottan, Hovdala Castle, Osby with Lekoseum, Älmhult with IKEA museum, alpaca and moose eco farm in Västra Torup, Älgsafari and Älgpark in Markaryd.



In nearby Tyringe there is an ice rink and in Hovdala you will find one of Sweden's best MTB trails, just over 35 kilometers long. The cottage is easily accessible by train and bus, as it is only 500 meters to the nearest bus stop.
