Great Time

The hotel bed was heavenly. The room was clean and nice. Staff was very kind and respectful. Breakfast was delicious, many options of fruit, loaded eggs, multiple flavors of waffles assortment of types of coffee. The pool was clean, illuminated and the hot tub was just right. We definitely come back again.

Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. TV in the room did not work the whole time we stayed at the hotel when we calles down to the front desk we were told the TV's were really old and outdated. The WIFI also did not work while we were there, Im not sure if it was because there were so many people on it. The staff checking us in and out was reallt nice. The pool and hot tub were nice for the kids to enjoy. The fitness room especially the treadmill needs maintenance or to be updated. The safety key kept alarming even when it was plugged in. The front lobby was very welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional we had options of wafffles, sausage patties, bacon, fried potatos, fried eggs, scrabbled eggs, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice, & a great coffee bar. If the WIFI & the TV would have worked we would have rated everything higher.

Very nice Hotel. Water pressure not the strongest, but the rooms are comfortable and the Staff was nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay at this Hotel again when in town.

Check in and out was great. Clean room smell fresh. Friendly staff. Breakfast area could have been more clean. Ran out of coffee was empty, Meats could have been cooked a little more. Area was not stocked with utensils and paper plates ran out. Main bathroom on first floor no toilet paper.

Breakfast disaster

I called 5 hotels in the area. Because honestly, a good free breakfast is the decider for me. The desk told me they would have bacon. They said they would have bacon. Sweet deal. I'm in. Wake up, go down, no bacon. First, I was thinking, "Alright, they ran out, that's no big deal." I asked if any more was coming out. At which point, I was told, "Nope, they never had any bacon in the first place."
