There was a problem when I opened the door to my room. The room was already occupied by someone.O had to go back to the receptionist to get another room The breakfast consisted of banana, muffins. cereal, yogurt, bread and waffles. ( waffle maker )

Someone from the hotel entered our room at 9:40am on check out day without knocking. The night guy who checked us in was quiet and didn't say much. It is definitely a no frills place. The light switch at the door did nothing so we fumbled in the dark until we found the bathroom light switch and turned on the lamps by the beds. We tried the main light switch with all that and it still did nothing, that can be a safety hazard. It was clean, beds were comfy.

Didn't need to interact with staff too much since everything was pretty good. Only drawback is that the A/C and Heaters in the rooms are a bit noisy while running.

The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. Disappointed that they advertised there was a restaurant within the hotel. After getting in late, I discovered that the restaurant was closed. Also the breakfast consisted of two types of cereal, toast and prepackaged blueberry muffins.

The only complaint I have is with the breakfast offering, which consisted of coffee (which was pretty much ok), dry cereal, bagels and bread for toasting, cream cheese and peanut butter in tiny plastic containers to spread on the bagels or toast, some apples one day, and bananas the other day, and a selection of juices. What I hated was all the trash generated by this business. I have no experience in the motel/hotel business, but how about silverware, plates, and mugs? Do we really need to fill the world with even more plastic?
