No sound proofing could hear toilet and shower from the room above. I had the do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping still came into room to clean. When checking out three employees sitting in the breakfast area but no one came to help.

Terrible stay. Stayed 2 nights and staff was incredibly rude when I complained about noise several times. Ice maker was broken several guests upset. My sink backed up etc. Did not sleep and had to pay almost $300 a night. Will not be staying here again.

Breakfast was minimal. Employees from Marshalls took up a large area in the breakfast room along with an employee conducting an interview. We sat outside in the sun and wind. Beds and pillow were hard for my preference. 2 story hotel with no elevator.
