Excellent room,very clean. Staff very helpful. Slight problem with some noisy guests late at night but hotel staff dealt with it as soon as it was brought to their attention.
Very warm welcome, I was travelling with my dog, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms exceptionally clean, towels super soft. Lovely size room. Very comfortable . Went into Bar for coffee, very friendly also 7 of us had Sunday lunch, everything was very nice. Will definitely stay again.
Stayed with 2 young children and the place was quiet and in a very convenient spot. The breakfast was good with a good continental selection and cereal for the kids, cooked options were great too. Will be staying again when we stay in the area!

Room was good. Mattrass was a bit hard for my liking, but clean. Shower was great. Bathroom spotless. Food great. Staff great. The only downfall was some wally who was talking to his female friend until after 3am.
Both were loud and the doors opened and banged for hours. When in the room, i could hear them through the walls
Great friendly welcome from all the staff, Room was clean with excellent facilities, The Oak Room serves very nice food and has a good selection of drinks and the prices are very reasonable, again the service was attentive and friendly,
I have no hesitation booking a stay here again, and look forward to coming back
Nice warm spacious room, staff very good. Slight problem with the shower but got it sorted and the Internet was patchy. Nice breakfast in the morning before leaving .....
We were greeted to find that we had been upgraded to a two-bed suite at no extra cost.
This was due to the fact that we had our granddaughter with us and there was availability.
It was immaculate, the food was great, the bar area was comfortable.
The staff couldn't do enough for us.
