the staff are so nice and helpful..we have a comfortable stay..the rooms are huge except that the there is no separate lights on the bathroom and the room, so if you want to use the bathroom on the middle of the night, the light will open for the rooms also. And other thing is the food on breakfast is limited options. But other than that, everything is good. We enjoy our stay

카운터 응대가 좋지 않았다. 중앙아시아 여러 숙박업소에서 묵어봤지만 기본적인 영어 단어조차 응대하지 않는(않으려고 노력하는 걸로 느끼질 정도) 곳은 처음이었다. 사소한 걸 물어보려해도 자기 남친 같은 사람에게 영상통화로만 물어보라고 하고 카운터에서 응대할 시도조차 안했다. 시내 중심이어서 접근성은 괜찮은데

Très bon séjour

Le petit déjeuner au top, elle font des omelettes et des œufs au plats à l’assiette. Et un buffet bien garnis. Le point un peu dérangeant est la température de la chambre, chauffée dans les standards des hôtels au kirgizstan, pour moi c’était un peu chaud, il n’y a pas de thermostat individuel. Après si vous êtes habitués ou que vous n’y allez pas en plein hiver, l’hôtel est parfait pour vous !
