Personeel was wel vriendelijk maar de jongen bij de receptie was onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel. Hij liet mij heel lang wachten omdat hij niet de reservering kon achterhalen, ondanks dat ik betaalbewijs meerdere malen had laten zien. Eindelijk mocht ik mijn kamer in en vervolgens kwam hij weer aankloppen om de zelfde reden dat hij weer informatie wilde over mijn boeking. Toen was het goed maar de volgende ochtend begon hij weer met het zelfde verhaal. Hij wilde mij weer laten wachten maar ik gaf aan dat ik niet wilde wachten en toen was hij aan t mopperen in zijn eigen taal wat ik niet kon verstaan.
