This villa comprises an entrance hall, five bedrooms: four bedrooms with storage on the ground floor, two of which have a queen-size bed (160cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a children's room with two single beds (80x200cm) and a cot. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms. Upstairs, a master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm), an en-suite bathroom, and a dressing room. A mezzanine with a desk is ideal for working from home. There is a separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and two separate toilets for added convenience. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large main living area with a dining and lounge space, complete with a TV and Wi-Fi (the wood-burning stove is currently inaccessible). A utility room houses a washing machine and dryer. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace (new as of January 2026) perfect for al fresco dining, as well as garden furniture with a shade sail for enjoying cocktails. The terrace overlooks a spacious 1300 m² garden with a heated swimming pool (new liner for the 2026 season), available from June to September. Several parking spaces are also available in front of the property. The villa is equipped with exterior security cameras. A sunny holiday awaits!
