In July and August, reservations are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.<br>The Accommodation<br>The apartment is a 38 m² one-bedroom unit with air conditioning, comprising:<br>- a living room with a sofa bed, TV, and a dining table for 3–4 people opening onto a semi-covered terrace with a table and chairs.<br>- a kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, drip coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes...<br>- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a closet.<br>- A shower room with double sinks and a large shower.<br>- Separate toilet.<br>Bedding and towels are included for stays of one week or longer. For shorter stays, they are available upon request at a cost of 12 euros per bed.
