The staff at this Walsall hotel are very attentive and visiting staying at this place makes it less stressful. The staff are warm and helpful both at reception , resturant and the gym. Love the restaurant staff so down to earth and always polite.

There was no AC in the room so it was hot, we needed to open the window and as it was on a mane road it was noisy. The hotel and facilities were brilliant. Just need to figure out a way to cool the rooms in the summer.

Fantastic hotel in terms of bring modern, the pool is fantastic. Staff are nice and rooms are spacious. Only downside is there is no fridge and no AC in the rooms which was difficult in this heat. As very hot at night and had to worry about the milk for baby going bad. Other than these two things the hotel was superb

The hotel was extremely busy, there was really loud fireworks later in the evening which really disturbed my younger daughters sleep. Also the room in proximity doors were banging close so overall a very noisy hotel. An expensive stay for a noisy hotel

This is such an amazing hotel, with nice size swim pool, sauna, steam room, very large gym, and a jacuzzi. Staff are great, really helpful and attentive both in the hotel restaurant and the gym area.
