The room I stayed in had peeling paint and mold around the window. And the 2 bath towels they supplied were soiled. The other room we had the waste bin was full and the towels looked as if they had been used. The staff did supply fresh towels. The parking is limited but they do mention that in the advert,

We had two rooms booked, one was lovely and big and clean, the second one was small and had a strong smell of weed, we complained about it and the staff must have sprayed something to make it smell better, which wasn’t great. Also I wanted to pay on the arrival, but they still tried to take the money from my card before I got there, I told them I wasn’t happy but they didn’t do anything about it.

Comfortable double bed, fresh, clean bed linens & towels. Shower, wash basin and toilet clean. Grubby, main thoroughfare stair carpet was a bit off putting, but once inside the room, OK. Would have liked a kettle and toothmug in the room as not provided. I was in Room 4 at the back so no traffic noise from the busy main road. It’s an old building with wonky floors and creaking stairs so foot traffic very noisy 6pm to 11pm approx. Plenty of forecourt parking and a variety of local takeaways to choose from. Will stay there again.

The rooms are above what is basically a working men's club where you feel like you'll be assaulted or robbed as you walk in. The room was covered in dirty marks on the wall, there was no tea or coffee making facilities, the heater doesn't heat and tv has no channels tuned in and is basically just for wall decoration. There is no free breakfast either. Avoid!
