Had a lovely stay, the rooms are perfect and very comfy beds.
We had a meal in the restaurant which was very good, and breakfast the following morning that was also very good!
The room was spotless; the staff, as always, were lovely. Travelled with our dog this time and he enjoyed it too! Very dog friendly. This time we ate in the restaurant upstairs and had breakfast, both meals were good.

A really surprising and pleasant stay, amazingly good sized new and clean room, the most helpful staff and the cafe and restaurant food was top class. People seem genuinely happy to work there - keep up the good work.
The friendliest staff (in all areas/roles) and beautifully finished rooms. The food was sinply incredible - breakfast is an absolute must. Comfortable, cosy and the perfect spot for being near the NEC but far away enough to rest and relax after a long day. Not enough space to be able to say how great this place is - even the farm shop is amazing!
Well appointed room in great condition, very clean. Lovely welcome from reception. Good choice of places to eat on site.

This is a rare gem of a hotel. So much I fear its rates will soar at some point which would be a shame as it really is lovely. The staff so helpful and friendly the hotel rooms very nice and tastefully decorate d
